Our pricing model blends a base subscription with a clear and manageable usage system, ensuring transparency and control over your expenses:

Base Subscription: Includes essential A.I. modules and included usage to match and scale with your team.
Included Use Quota: Each subscription begins with an included quota of usage per month, replenished each month to seamlessly integrate any extra usage.
Extra Usage Pricing (Qokens)*: Our usage currency (details below) to display your usage as straightforward units, providing clear usage accounting. Extra usage charges only begin to accrue once all monthly Included Qokens are used. The vast majority of our subscribers never go over their monthly included usage.
Manage your Soft and Hard usage limits: You can set Soft (receive a warning email) and Hard (prevents overages) usage limits to manage and control usage across your organization.

Usage pricing, simplified. 1 Qoken = $1 CAD.

Extra usage charges only begin to accrue once all monthly Included Qokens are used.

A.I. Chat for Professionals:
- Example: engaging in a discussion about a pasted-in 500-word short story with five back-and-forths with the A.I., with pricing depending on the chosen model:
  - Using GPT3.5-Turbo: Used ~0.12 Qokens (lower cost to use, plus tends to offer shorter/less detailed responses)
  - Using GPT4.0-Omni: Used ~0.32 Qokens (higher cost to use, plus tends to provide more detailed/lengthier responses)
A.I. Audio Transcriber: 1.20 Qokens for each hour of audio transcribed
A.I. Content Coder:
- Roughly 1 Qoken for creating a Codebook of response themes only, for 1,000 open-ended responses
- Approximately 6 Qokens for fully coding 1,000 open-ended responses (including generating a Codebook and producing respondent-level coding/theme tagging data for export)

- Usage Monitoring: Easily track your Qoken usage in real-time through our dashboard to prevent billing surprises.
- Limit Setting: Option to set “soft” caps (receive a warning) and “hard” caps (prevent overages) on usage to maintain budgetary control.
